Watermelon Lime Slushie
Yield: 1 large slushy

Total Time: 5 minutes
3 cups frozen watermelon
3/4-1 cup coconut water
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. pure maple syrup (optional)
Into the blender place your watermelon, maple syrup, lime juice and 3/4 cup coconut water. Blend until desired texture adding more coconut water and scarping down the sides as needed.
*Depending on your blender you may need to add the extra coconut water. Just simply add little bits at a time until you achieve your desired consistency. Minimal liquid will help you get a more slushy like texture.
*Prep time and total time does not include the time you may need to freeze watermelon. I simply cut my watermelon into cubes and placed them into a freezer bag and froze them overnight.
*Depending on the sweetness and ripeness of your watermelon you may not need the maple syrup. Agave syrup would work as well if you don't have maple syrup on hand.
