Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Yield: 1 cup

1 cup raw unsalted cashews

2 tbsp. nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. onion powder


  1. Add cashews, salt, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and onion powder into food processor.

  2. Process until fine "parmesan cheese" like texture.

  3. Sprinkle on pasta, salad, pizza, garlic bread or whatever your heart desires.

  4. Enjoy!

Note: Vegan parm brings any dish up a notch, giving you that cheese like flavor everyone is looking for! Make sure not to over-process your "cheese" it can easily start to turn into a clumpy past like texture if you do.
