Raw Vegan Trail-Mix


Raw Vegan Trail-Mix

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted cashews

1/2 cup unsalted almonds

1/2 cup unsalted walnuts

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl.

  2. Store into an air tight container for snacking on the go.

  3. Mine is stored in a mason jar.

  4. Enjoy!



Notes:


*You can change up the ingredients to your preference. If I had sunflower seeds or pepitas I would throw those in as well. Whatever nuts and dried fruit you have at the time will make an excellent mix. Just remember to go with unsalted and unsweetened varieties.
