Piña Colada Smoothie

Piña Colada Smoothie

Yield: 2 mason jars full

Prep: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

3 frozen bananas

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup fresh pineapple

1 1/2 cup coconut milk

Directions:

  1. Place bananas, pineapple, spinach and coconut milk into the blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Top with fresh pineapple and coconut.

  4. Enjoy!



Notes:


*I find that a Vitamix blender works best to make creamy smoothies and I absolutely love mine!


*When I go grocery shopping I always buy bananas and freeze them once they are too ripe to enjoy. Make sure you take the peel off and simply break them in pieces before placing them into a reusable freezer bag or ziplock bag.
